The Beloved Within is a space for you to remember the power of unconditional Love that will always be born from within. We offer weekly class to support you in healing trauma, reclaiming your power and embracing your souls purpose in service to Love. We gather for you to embody, empower and express your wholeness for the purpose of cultivating safety from within, transforming patterns in relationship and embracing your sacred gifts + responsibility as a steward of the Heart. We affirm the human experience for the sake of liberation and gather to remember the sacred power we carry within to heal, transform and become as active participants in remembering who we are when the world isn’t telling us who to be. The Beloved Within is born from the inner work it takes to live anchored in Spirit and rooted in our sacred power of aliveness that no one can give or take away from us.

Join our monthly program for weekly virtual class in community! We offer trauma-informed dance, writing and embodied support for the continual reclamation of your souls truth and embodied presence, passion and purpose. We gather to celebrate our wholeness and make room for what’s arising in your inner world and relationships to work with as sacred material in the alchemical laboratory of transformation and liberation. We gather to celebrate the spirit of unconditional Love from within and to take care of our own inner children, wild hearts and nervous systems on the path of living embodied, empowered and expressed in our own souls truth and sacred responsibility for who we are and who we are becoming.
We offer a brave space for working with what’s ours to hold in a world where feeling is deemed as frivolous and the wisdom of the womb is shamed and viewed as separate from what we consider sacred. Here we offer reverence and respect for our wide range of expressions and experiences as Spirit in sacred bodies. Our work is intersectional and decolonizing, meaning we are actively working to unravel patterns and inherited stories we carry as a direct result of the colonial patriarchy to remember our sacred power within relationship, rather than over each other. Our work is to restore choice and connection to our true selves as sacred, including our souls truth, power, all fierce and tender parts of who we are, each other, Nature and the power of unconditional Love— both human and divine.

The western world has lost the wisdom of the divine feminine. Goddess worship, creative expression and the emotional + spiritual gifts of the body + heart have been written out, distorted and deemed as sin out of fear of what man cannot control. And yet, the healing power of Love and the potential for transformation is alive and can rise within your spine to serve as the medicine needed to open new pathways for greater pleasure, passion and purpose within your relationships, soul service and overall life. The work we do here at the Beloved Within supports you in reclaiming your power to feel beyond shame + to move in ways that support your souls truth and your growing capacity to be loved as you are.

MEET ANNIE
Annie is the founder of Beloved Within; a passionate devotee on the path of relational transformation, creative expression and living in service to the power of Love as the ultimate liberator. As a coach, practitioner, teacher and guide, she supports those walking their own spiritual path of healing trauma, decolonizing consciousness and doing the work to remember their inherent worth and the truth of their fully embodied creative power.
While graduating with a BA in Sociology and Creative Writing, Annie’s intuitive pulse and relational journey lead her into the world of trauma healing, somatic education & spiritual practice. Her desire for transformation both within and without was the doorway into her own self discovery and embodied healing. After 5+ years of teacher training, devotional practice & embodied education, Annie now supports others in waking up to themselves outside of the colonial, puritanical, self-disowning paradigm and layers of childhood trauma, to reclaim the power of Love that lives within and the potential for life, relationships and purpose that are liberating for their true selves and their hearts most authentic desires.
